TERMS OF USER

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between us and end users, and shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.Download, registration or any access to game service equals full acceptance of these terms; terminate all usage immediately if users disagree with any clause herein.

 1.1 Account Ownership & User Obligation

 All game accounts are our exclusive property; users are granted only limited personal usage rights. Account trading, renting, unauthorized resale and bulk fake registration are strictly prohibited.

 Users shall keep account login credential confidential; all property loss caused by personal password leakage shall be borne solely by account holder. Users may submit supporting documents via official mailbox for account recovery application.

 Cheating, third-party plug-in, script exploitation and bug abuse to obtain illegal virtual assets will result in temporary 7-day suspension or permanent account ban with all in-game assets forfeited without any refund.

 1.2 Virtual In-Game Items Specification

All racing cars, skins, premium diamonds and track privileges are virtual digital goods with no equivalent legal tender value under Hong Kong law; virtual items cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or converted into real cash. Users obtain virtual rewards via either paid in-app purchase or free advertisement & mission completion. We reserve the right to adjust item acquisition rules during seasonal iteration without monetary compensation for owned virtual resources. In-game advertisement is optional supplementary benefit; users may skip ads and abandon corresponding free rewards.

 1.3 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are forbidden to post illegal, obscene, violent, abusive, political sensitive content or plug-in promotion information in in-game chat and community channels. The Company reserves the unilateral right to delete violating content and suspend relevant user account without prior notice.

 1.4 Service Suspension & Modification

We may conduct scheduled server maintenance or version upgrade with prior official website announcement for temporary service interruption. In case of permanent server shutdown triggered by force majeure including natural disaster or Hong Kong regulatory policy adjustment, unused paid virtual currencies shall be processed following Refund Policy.

 1.5 Intellectual Property Right

The domain name rushrivals.com, the RUSHRIVALS trademark, game artwork, source code and all copyrights for track designs are our exclusive intellectual property. Any unauthorized reproduction, cracking, reverse engineering and redistribution is forbidden by law.

 1.6 Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation by email correspondence at first instance. Unresolved conflicts shall be exclusively submitted to competent courts in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under Hong Kong governing law.
